Geo, thanks. I suspect the detainees who may have died incoming from the battlefield at Guantanamo were never assigned ISN numbers. Perhaps I’m wrong, and perhaps there really never were any such deaths. But regards prisoner 205, according to Andy Worthington’s list of Guantanamo detainees, ISN 205 was Nasser Al Mutariri, a Kuwaiti, released in Jan. 2005. http://www.andyworthington.co.uk/guantanamo-the-definitive-prisoner-list-part-2/

On the other hand, we know that there were “ghost” prisoners at Guantanamo that were moved about outside the normal system.
